Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final — No Returns on Opened Products
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and ingestible products, and in compliance with FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 111) and public health safety standards, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any product that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with.
This policy exists to protect all customers by ensuring that every product shipped from Bio-Sudo is guaranteed factory-sealed, untampered, and safe for consumption. Once a supplement bottle leaves our possession, its integrity cannot be verified upon return.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, visibly defective, or contains the wrong product, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery. You must contact us at support@biosudo.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp shown by the carrier.
- Provide photographic evidence. Include clear photos of: (a) the damaged/unopened product, (b) the original shipping package, and (c) the packing slip or order confirmation.
- Do not use or open the product. Damaged-item claims require the product to remain in its original, unopened condition.
- Return may be required. Bio-Sudo reserves the right to request return of the damaged item at our expense for quality inspection before issuing a replacement or refund.
Once verified, we will, at our discretion, either ship a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Unopened Products — Conditional Return
If you wish to return an unopened, factory-sealed product for reasons other than damage or defect, the following conditions apply:
- Return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging with all safety seals intact.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; Bio-Sudo is not responsible for packages lost in return transit.
- A restocking fee of 15% of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, email support@biosudo.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship any product back without prior written authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
4. Subscription Cancellations
Active subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account page or by contacting support. Cancellation will stop all future recurring charges. Already-processed subscription orders are subject to the policies above.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected (if applicable), or after the claim is verified (for damaged/defective items). Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly at support@biosudo.com before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the matter with our support team may result in the permanent closure of your account and restriction from future purchases.
